Scope
This notice covers the public Cohorvia website and its guided-demo request form. It does not replace a school's student-record notice or the agreements governing a customer's secured Cohorvia workspace.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the contact and school information you provide, including your name, organization, work email, optional phone number, school type, approximate enrollment, current tools, intended launch window, and message. We also process limited device and network information, such as an abbreviated hash derived from an IP address and the browser user agent, to rate-limit abuse and protect the form.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your request, tailor a product demonstration, plan implementation, understand interest in Cohorvia, secure the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or share demo-request information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, protected database storage, security and anti-abuse controls, and business communications. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Providers may use information only to deliver the services we request.
Retention and protection
Demo requests are stored in a protected database and are not publicly viewable. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond to requests and operate the service. We retain requests only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, security, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Tracking signals
Cohorvia does not currently use the public website to sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or track visitors across unrelated websites. Because those activities are not performed, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the website's present behavior. We will update this notice and applicable controls before introducing practices that require a different response.
Your choices
You may ask to know about, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law. Use the guided-demo form and write “privacy request” in the message. We will verify the request before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Student information
This public website does not collect student records. Do not submit student, patient, financial-account, or other sensitive information through the demo form. School and student information belongs only in a secured, authorized Cohorvia workspace.
Changes to this notice
We will update the effective date when this notice changes. If a change materially affects how submitted information is used, we will provide a prominent notice on this website before the change takes effect when reasonably possible.
